Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5large potatoes
  • 1large onions
  • 3medium sized eggplant
  • 2cucumbers
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 5tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cucumbers and the eggplant in thin slices

  2. 2

    Cut the potatoes into quarters

  3. 3

    Fry onions and add the tomatoes till crushed

  4. 4

    Add the eggplant, cucumbers and the potatoes and Cook for seconds

  5. 5

    Add 1 cup of water and salt,and stir

  6. 6

    Cook till thick and ready
