Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgprawns
  2. 1 teaspoonginger garlic past
  3. 1/2 teaspoongreen chilli past
  4. 2 teaspoonred chilli sauce
  5. 2 tbsplemon juice
  6. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper fresh
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 2 tbspbutter
  9. 1 tspcorns flour
  10. 20garlic thick grind in mixer jar
  11. 1/2 teaspoonlemon grated
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1red chilly Kashmiri cut pieces
  14. Some coriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate prawns with salt ginger garlic paste,red chilly sauce green chilli paste lemon grated and lemon juice corn flour mix well and keep aside 1 hour

    Take a pan add oil and fry prawns lightly

  3. 3

    Take pan add butter add garlic fry add Kashmiri chilly add prawns still fry add black pepper mix well add coriander leaves flame off

    Ready to serve with salad
