Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgprawns
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic past
  • 1/2 teaspoongreen chilli past
  • 2 teaspoonred chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper fresh
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspcorns flour
  • 20garlic thick grind in mixer jar
  • 1/2 teaspoonlemon grated
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1red chilly Kashmiri cut pieces
  • Some coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate prawns with salt ginger garlic paste,red chilly sauce green chilli paste lemon grated and lemon juice corn flour mix well and keep aside 1 hour

    Take a pan add oil and fry prawns lightly

    Take pan add butter add garlic fry add Kashmiri chilly add prawns still fry add black pepper mix well add coriander leaves flame off
