Wash ur tomatoes pepper and onions,blend it and put it in the pot boil until the water dissolved. Fry onions in oil and put the paste inside fry on low flame,put the fish and add a little water lt it cook for some time.

Boil water in a pot with little salt, wash the rice and pour it inside let it per boiled. Put the rice in colander dissolved the excess water put the rice back in the pot and pour a little hot water, cook for some time.

Wash the salad with water and salt cut it in smaller size cut the tomatoes in to cubes.

I had planned to use some leftover cooked rice to make rice croquettes, but somewhere during the process I realized my rice was too wet to work with, so I changed plans and added watercress to make a rice salad. I thought it would go well with my main dish, chicken piccata. The flavors combined really well with the seasonings.The flavour of the dish will change considerably depending on the variety and ripeness of your tomato. I think an acidic and savoury tomato is better than sweet ones. The dish is best once it has cooled, and the flavours have melded.
