Steps

Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients in it and knead a smooth dough, using water only if required or you can add more curd to it.

Take some part of the dough and roll into a thin chapati. cook this chapati on a tawa for 2 minutes. Cook from both sides till golden brown then apply ghee on it and cook for another few seconds.

Serve the theplas with achar or chutney.
