Ingredients

  1. 1 kgsarso
  2. 1/2 kgspinach
  3. 1/2 kgbathua
  4. 2chopped onion
  5. 2chopped tomato
  6. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  7. 1 tbspginger paste
  8. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  12. 1 pinchgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cook sarso,spinach and bathua till one whistle.remove and let it cool.grind it to coarse paste.

    Heat ghee in a pan. Add garlic and ginger paste.add chopped onion and saute it few min. And add chopped tomato and saute it 2 -3 min.

    Add all spices mix well and add the pureed greens into it. And cook for 5-6 min.
