Tuscan meatballs with spaghetti

I can’t believe I’m about to say this... My “hangry” husband was right! Cooking this meal in 40 degree Australian heat is bad.. but I can say this was sooooo yummy!

Steps
- 1
Boil water for spaghetti, drop in desired amount and follow packet instructions.
- 2
Mix beef with egg, crumbs and salt to taste in a bowl. Once all combined roll into small balls, best way to roll them is keep a bowl of cold water on the side so you can add a little water to you’re palm so the meat won’t stick to you.
- 3
Put a tablespoon of oil in the pot/pan and start adding meatballs, don’t overcrowd as they will not cook evenly. I like to leave mine a little raw in the middle so when the sauce is added they will cook further but come out tender and not dry.
- 4
Once meatballs are browned, add recipe base and can of tomatoes - more salt will be needed. Simmer for 5-10mins then mix in with drained cooked spaghetti. Then serve. Enjoy! ☺️
