  • 2 cupyellow moong dal
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 5Garlic cloves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspJeera /cumin seeds
  • 1 tspHaldi(Turmeric powder)
  • 1 tspDhania(Coriander leaves)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil dal in pan add add haldi in this then in separate khadai add oil and fry garlic
