  2. 1/2 cuptoor dal
  3. 1/2 cupjaggery
  4. 1/2 cupImli juice
  5. 1/4 cupPeanut
  6. 1/4 TeaspoonGreen chilli
  7. 1/2 TeaspoonGinger paste
  8. 1/4 Teaspoongarlic paste
  9. 1 TeaspoonRed chilli powder
  10. 1 TeaspoonCoriander powder
  11. 1 TeaspoonTurmeric powder
  12. 1/2 Teaspoonasafoetida
  13. PinchDry methi(fenugreek)
  14. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  15. 6-8Curry leaves
  16. as neededChopped Coriander leaves
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 2 Teaspoonoil
  19. as neededWater
  20. Gujarati Kadhi
  21. 1 bowlcurd
  22. 1/2 cupchickpeas flour
  23. 1 Teaspoongreen chilli
  24. 1/2 Teaspoonchopped green garlic
  25. 1/2 Teaspoonginger paste
  26. 2 TeaspoonSugar
  27. as neededWater
  28. For Tempering
  29. 2 TeaspoonGhee
  30. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  31. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  32. 6-8curry leaves
  33. as neededChopped Coriander leaves
  34. 1dry red chilli
  35. Pinchasafoetida
  36. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled moog dal, toor dal and peanuts. Add pinch of methi and cumin seeds and little salt.

    In pan take oil and add all masala and sauté 1 minute.after that add boliled moog dal paste and water.add imli water and jaggery as per your test.

    Gravy should be thin not too much thick.cook 10 minute.At last sprinkle some chopped coriander.

    For kadhi add all kadhi’s ingredients except tempering. Mix with whisker.take ghee for tempering add all tempering ingredients and Add in kadhi.Boil at least 5 minutes.

    Serve with kadhi and rice.
