  • 13-5 # trump roast
  • 1 bottlered port wine
  • 1 baglittle potatoes
  • 2small boxes baby bell mushrooms
  • 1sweet onion
  • 2 boxesbeef broth

Steps

3_4 hours
  1. 1

    Marinade rump roast in wine overnight

  2. 2

    Then in Dutch oven, place the roast with the wine.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 350°

  4. 4

    Add the rest of contents into Dutch oven

  5. 5

    1/2 way through cook time cut the meat then cook for the rest of time

  6. 6

    Delicious most tender juicy roast and...enjoy
