Ingredients

  • For the broth
  • Halfsmall carrot
  • Halfsmall celery
  • 1small onion
  • Knorr dry mix vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2 literwater
  • For the filling
  • 60 gr.Tempestine pasta or any small
  • 4eggs
  • 3 tbspParmigiano reggiano grated

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot we add the celery carrots, onions and 1 and a half liter of water with knorr dry mix vegetable broth and we let it boil.

    While we wait we mix the eggs with pepper and parmesan.

    When the broth is boiling we add the little size pasta and low the heat till is cooked.

    When also the pasta is cooked we add slowly the mix of eggs having the same medium to low heat and stirring with a kitchen whisk.

    Stir gently till you have a nice mix. Enjoy!
