Ingredients

  • 1 cup(or over) cooked sausage
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1Breast Chicken
  • 4 cupscooked penne pasta (or macaroni as substitute)
  • 2 tbspCajun Seasoning
  • 2 CupsCream
  • Ground Fresh Parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooke Sausage and set aside

  2. 2

    Fry Chicken and Garlic together until chicken is sufficiently cooked. Fry for 10 mins. Frying together prevents the garlic to darken until chicken is sufficiently cooked.

  3. 3

    Add cooked sausage and cajun seasoning. Mix well until cajun sticks with meats.

  4. 4

    Add cream and bring to boil.

  5. 5

    Add parmesan and crushed parsley.

  6. 6

    Let cool and serve.
