Ingredients

  • Gola Kabab:
  • 750 gmBeef Keema (Minced Meat)
  • 2 tbspYogurt
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 4-5chopped Green chilies
  • Halftsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as your taste
  • 2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspGaram Masala
  • 1& half tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1chopped Onion
  • 4 tbspchopped Coriander leave
  • 4 tbspchopped Mint leave
  • Pulao Ingredients:
  • Halfcup Oil
  • 1 sliceOnion
  • 1Cinnamon (Darchini)
  • 2Bay leaf (Tezpatta)
  • 1Black cardamom
  • 2Star anise (Badyan ka phool)
  • 1 tspSoonf
  • 1 tspWhite zeera
  • 1 tspShahi zeera
  • 1Jawatri
  • Halftsp Jaifel
  • 5Green cardamom
  • 6Long
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 CubeChicken Knorr
  • Halfcup Yogurt
  • Salt as your taste
  • 12-15whole Fresh Green chilies
  • 1 kgBasmati Rice
  • 4 glassesWater
  • 3-4 tbspOnion fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pot add oil, Onion & cook until onion become saute

  2. 2

    Then add in whole spices (Cinnamon, Bay leaf, Black cardamom, Star anise, Soonf, White zeera, Shahi zeera, Jawatri, Jaifel, Green cardamom, Long) cook until aroma.

  3. 3

    Then add Ginger garlic paste, Chicken Knorr Cube, Yogurt, Salt as your taste, Fresh Green chilies and cook 3-4 mins at least.

  4. 4

    Then add Basmati rice & water then mix it with spoon then cover it to cook at high flame.

  5. 5

    When Rice water get dry and rice become cooked then add Gola kabab on top, Fry onion and cover it and cook on low flame for 5 or 10 mins.

  6. 6

    Moti Pulao is ready to serve.
