1 cupCarrots grated
1 cupSugar
1 1/2 cupMilk
As neededDry fruits chopped
1 tspGhee

In a kadhai add ghee and carrots, roast them well and cook it for ten minutes. Now add milk and dry fruits and again cook it for 25-30 minutes at medium flame. Cook till it becomes thick in consistency.
