Dhokla is a famous Gujarati snack. There are many variations in making dhoklas. When we are now become more health conscious, these bites are a good choice for starters, high tea parties, kitty parties, etc. Reason.First it is steamed and second, it contains healthy beetroot.

Dhokla is a famous Gujarati snack. There are many variations in making dhoklas. When we are now become more health conscious, these bites are a good choice for starters, high tea parties, kitty parties, etc. Reason.First it is steamed and second, it contains healthy beetroot.
Steps

Mix beet puree and coriander in batter and mix well. Then add baking soda and salt and whisk again.

Prepare and heat steamer, grease thali or plate and pour the prepared batter.

Put prepared thali in steamer and cover it. Let it cool in steam.

Once it cooked, let it be a little warm then cut into small diamond shape pieces.

Now apply green chutney, then ketchup over one piece of dhokla.

Now put another piece of Dhokla on it, put a small piece of cheese and prick toothpick to assemble both dhokla with cheese.

Serve and enjoy.
