Ingredients

  • 1 Cuprava(without roasted)
  • 1/4 Cupbesan
  • 1/2 Cupcurd
  • 1/2 Cupeach vegetables carrot, beans,green Shimla Mirchi
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato Chopped
  • 1/2 Cupcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspgrated Ginger
  • 2green chillies,chopped
  • 2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tspsesame seeds
  • Some curry leaves
  • As requiredOil for frying handvo
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi /turmeric
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add rava and besan and curd and salt and baking soda mix well. The batter is ready rest for 15 minutes.

    In the batter add all the vegetables and all the ingredients and mix well the handvo batter ready.

    Heat the pan and put 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and some curry leaves then you can put batter in them and close the lid in the low flame you can cook for 10 minutes and flip the handvo and cook for 10 minutes again in the low flame..

    Rava Handvo is ready. Serve with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
