Steps

Wash black urad dal and rajma twice or thrice and boil the water and soak it for 6 hrs in hot water.

Soak rice for 20 minutes on the other side Boil water and prepare rice.

Add required water in pressure cooker and whistle it 6 times.

Mash it add water if required and add butter 50 gms to it.

Heat the pan and add ghee and butter 50 gms to it.

Add the given masalas and tomatoes and boiled,mashed rajma amd urad dal.

For rice:-Add ghee and butter to pan and jeera and rice mix them well and they are ready.

Dal makhani jeera rice are ready to serve...
