Cooking Instructions

    Cut onions and tomatoes.grind scotch bonnet and garlic as seen below

    Cut cabbage

    Cut carrot,green pepper,red pepper and grean beans,cucumber and peas

    Fry cat fish

  5. 5

    Add oil and onion in a clean pot and saute,add tomatoes,scotch bonnet,garlic and a lil amount of water.allow the water to absorb then add red pepper,grean beans and peas then saute...add more water,then spices and yajin kamshi

  6. 6

    Add fish then cabbage and stir

  7. 7

    Allow to cook for 5 mins then add carrot,cucumber and green pepper

    Done✔💯

    Enjoy with rice or coucous😋😋😋
