Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupchanadhal (overnight soaked)
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonhing/asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonamchur/dry mango powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 3 teaspoonrice flour
  • 3 teaspoonbesan/gram flour
  • 1 teaspoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    First grind the soaked chanadhal with jeera and hing then add besan rice flour turmeric powder amchur chilli powder.

    Now add the oil and mix well and make a soft dough with sprinkles of water.

    Now make sticks or rounds and bake them at 180 degrees in preheated oven for 10 mins.
