Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 4eggs
  2. 4pork sausages or beef
  3. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  4. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  5. Coriander/ dhania
  6. Black pepper 1/4 tspn
  7. Cayenne 1/4 tspn
  8. 5egg
  9. 2 tbspnmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 4 eggs and put aside. Skin the sausages and put the sausage meat on a plate or bowl

  2. 2

    Add chopped coriander, crushed garlic (you can add ginger if you wish), add black pepper and cayenne.. mix well using a fork

  3. 3

    Beat one egg with 2 tbpn of milk

  4. 4

    Dust you hand with flour or apply cooking to avoid the sausage meat from sticking on your hands. Take each egg and coat with sausage meat evenly

  5. 5

    After coating the eggs, deep the coated eggs on the beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry on medium heat as turn the scotch egg so as to cook evenly

  6. 6

    Serve with your preferred accompaniment. Enjoy 😊
