Wah the brinjal nicely....Cut in to slices. Keep aside

This are the dry masala

Blend tomato, onion, cloves, cinnamon, peanuts, cashew nuts, red chilli powder, coriande powder, turmeric powder. Grind it into a fine paste. Keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot.....Add mustard seeds. Let it crackle for few minutes. Then add the grind masala. Saute it for few minutes. Till the raw smell of masala goes off. Then add water as needed.

Add brinjal. Cook till the brinjal become tender.

Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Ready to serve brinjal kayalapalamga with steam...rice....
