Pink Paneer Jamun

Take 2 tbsp grated beetroot and sqeeze it to make a juice of it.

Now take paneer in a plate and crumble it.

Now add beetroot juice,corn flour and knead it well.If not needed properly the paneer balls will break.Also,do not over knead the paneer,as that may harden the jamuns and make soft dough.

Make small balls.If sticky grease the hands with ghee.Heat sugar syrup with 1 cup water.Stir it occasionally to avoid crystallization.

Add cardamom powder and sugar in syrup..When the sugar syrup starts boiling,drop the paneer balls one by one.

Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.Open the lid and flip the paneer for even cooking one or twice in between.

Soft and tasty pink paneer jamuns are ready.
