Inspired by the concept of growing more trees. It’s actually a mud cake in the shape of a sapling . I made this on Rose day for my husband .. flower - a symbol of love and the cake was amazing .. you can use this on any occasion. U are giving a strong message of grow more trees and u are gifting a cake. Two in one.

Steps

First, in a bowl take hide and seek and Parle g biscuits crushed. Add eno and sugar to this. Then add milk and keep stirring till all ingredients are mixed.

Pour this batter in microwave-safe bowl and micro for 2 mins. Till done. Then allow it to cool. Then using the double boiler method take chocolates and melt them. add fresh cream to this melted chocolate. Now take a bucket or shikora /mud teacup and place a layer of cake in this. Then pour the chocolate mixture. Repeat the steps till u cover the bucket. At the end add Oreo biscuit crushed on the top to give the effect of sand. Then in a lollipop stick insert a flower made using fondant.

Place the flower with stem in the bucket and decorate with gems and ur Garden sampling is ready. A symbol of love. Can be used in any occasion.
