Ingredients

1cup malai,1cup
  • 1 cupmalai
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 cupsmaida
  • 1 teaspoonbakjng powder and 1/4 tea spoon baking soda
  • For ganache 1pack of fresh creme,50 gms of butter, 200 gms dacho

Steps

  1. 1

    First sieve dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Then in mixer add malai,milk powder and sugar.blend it and slowly add dry ingredients.on low flame bake cake for 45 mins.

  3. 3

    For ganache melt dark chocolate by double boiling method add 50 gms of butter and fresh cream.pour it slowly on cake and decorate
