Boil Soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and keep it aside.squeeze excess water.

In a mixie add Ginger, garlic and onions, make a smooth paste.

Make tomato paste.

In a kadai add oil and add in the grounded onion paste. let the raw smell vanish.

Add in tomato paste and keep it in low flame for 10 minutes.

Now add all the masala powder.

Add in boiled soya chunks and stir, let the masala coat well. Top it with coriander leaves.
