Steps

Take a frying pan. Add some oil and put mustard seeds. Add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Take a bowl and put poha in bowl and some water to make it soft.

Put the condensed Poha in frying pan, pour salt, red chilli, coriander, and some peanut fry it 4 to 5 mins and take it out from frying pan after 5 mins, add chopped onion, coriander, tomato, pour namkeen in it is optional. Poha is ready to serve.
