In a bowl add sooji and curd.mix it and keep aside for ten minutes.now heat tava.add salt and pepper powder into sooji mixture.now add oil on tava.spread some batter over it.now spread vegetables and cook from both the sides by applying oil.arrange into the plate garnish with paneer and Coriander leaves.ready for tiffin.
