Dice fresh strawberries, add sugar, lemon juice & cornflour, mix well and transfer it into a greased baking tray.

For the crumble, In a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, oats, baking powder, castor sugar, butter, vanilla, salt, cinnamon powder and mix it nicely with your hands and transfer the crumble on strawberries mixture.

Bake the crumble in a preheated oven over 170°c on lower rack. Serve it with vanilla Icecream.
