  • 2 cupMalai of cow milk collected in a pan

Steps

  1. 1

    Take malai in a big pan and blend it with the help of a blender.after some time u will see butter coming on the top

    Take that butter in a kadhai and heat on medium flame untill clear ghee is visible.let it completely cool and than store in a container
