Zebra mini buns
Steps

Have your ingredients ready and measure them

Mix the dry ingredients (except the cocoa powder) thoroughly

Rub in the margarine and add the milk.

Knead to a nice dough for at least 8 minutes. Divide the dough into two

Store one in a grades container, cover and allow to proof for 25 - 30 minutes

Work on the other dough by adding the cocoa powder

Knead it up until all the cocoa powder is absorbed evenly. Cover and let proof for 25 - 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Divide the doughs into 12 small pieces each

Cover each dough piece with each other as shown so as to create the zebra layers

Place them in a greased muffin tray, cover and allow to proof for a second time

Bake them at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Immediately brush over margarine on top of the buns

Allow to cool before removing them from the tray

Serve with your desired drink
