Wheat Flour Banana cake

Take a bowl add bananas and mash it to soft, add sugar, oil, eno, vanilla essence and beat it with beater. Sieve the flour and mix with banana mixture.

Beat the mixture with no lumps with beater on first speed. The batter should have flowing consistency.

Take a bread mould grease with butter and dust some flour add batter and pat it on the cloth till all the bubbles come out. Sprinkle choco chips on top. Preheat the oven/OTG at 180° for 10 mins.

Now keep the batter in OTG and let it bake for 20 minutes or till it gets cooked. Bread is ready let it get cool for some time and cut into pieces and ready to eat.
