Ingredients

1-2Anaheim peppers (Short name AP)
As per tasteSalt
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 cupChick pea flour
Forstuffing
as requiredMashed potato masala or cooked minced meat /any meat masala of your choice

Steps

Cut a small portion of AP's top including the stem. take out all seeds gently.

Fill the mashed potato masala/minced meat masala inside(don't dump too much stuffing- it may break)

Take a toothpick and insert it on the top of the AP in a cross shape.

Make a thick batter using gram flour, salt, red chilli powder by adding required water.

Dip the stuffed AP in the batter and fry it in oil. Take out the toothpicks before serving it to the dearest with ketchup.
