Steps

Take a bowl mix onion paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, butter and chilli powder. Stuff the brinjals with this mixture.

Take a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil put mustard seeds, jeera, red chilli and crushed garlic cloves. When it gets fried add stuffed brinjals and green chilli. Close with lid and cook it on low flame.

When it gets cooked add tamarind juice, jaggery and some water cook on medium flame. When it gets cooked switch off the flame. Serve it with rice or roti.
