Heat oil in kadai add clove cardamom cinnamon pepper saute few seconds add onion fry until soft add ginger garlic green chilli tomatoes fry until tomatoes are soft

Remove the masala cool and grind to a fine paste, for tadka add oil in Kadhai add dried red chilli amd bay leaf saute few seconds

Lower flame add red chilli turmeric coriander salt cumin powder add 1/4 cup water and peas mix well cover lid until peas are half cooked

Then add the finely ground masala paste mix well sautey till oil seperates out then add water as gravy required boil simmer until peas are done

Then add paneer cover lid simmer 3 to 4 minutes, off flame rest 5 minutes then open garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with roti chapati phulka rice
