Wash rice 3 to 4 times in the water. Chopped all the veggies and paneer. Take a cooker heat it. Add butter in cooker when butter melts add cumin seeds.

When cumin seeds crackle add onion after 2 minutes add peas, tomatoes, potato carrot and paneer. Then add salt and red chilli powder.

After 2 minutes add rice and water. Close the lid give 2 whistles. After whistle open the lid after 3 minutes. Rice is ready serve them with sauce.
