  • 3rotis
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3green cardamom/elaichi
  • 1/4 cupsliced dried coconut
  • 1 tbspslice almond
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 pinchelaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the rotis into small pieces and keep aside

    Then heat ghee in a small pan and add green cardamom to it and saute.

    Boil milk and add the sauteed elaichi to it and stir. Then add sugar to the milk and stir till the milk is dissolved.

    Then add roti pieces to it and mix and cook for 7-8mins.. till it becomes thick like kheer.add dry fruits and elaichi powder and mix.. Then garnish with dry fruits and serve hot or cold.
