Steps

In a kadhai take oil add cumin add onion and garlic. Saute till soft. Add spices, sugar and mix well

Add grated broccoli, salt and saute for 5 mins. Mix well. Let it cool down

Take small sigh portion make it flat and add filling to it and seal. Slightly press and roll out flat.

Roast on tawa from both sides.

Ready to serve.
