Ingredients

5-10mins
2-3 servings
  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cupBrown onion
  • 2 tbspGreen Coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp+ 3tbsp for fry Oil
  • Water for knead

Steps

5-10mins
  1. 1

    Mix flour, besan oil salt, red chilli flakes, coriander, brown onion and mix well. Then make a dough.

    Roll dough into roti.

    Then cook on tawa and fry from both sides. Besan roti are ready..
