Steps

Break the roti into small pieces. Put them into grinder and grind them coarsly.

Boil and peel the potatoes.

Take ground roti on a plate. Add mashed potatoes, chopped onions and mix it together.

Add all dry spices,besan,salt and coriander leaves. And mix it to make a soft dough.

Now apply oil on both hands take small portion of dough on hands and make small rolls.

Heat the oil and fry the rolls on medium flame from all the sides.

Crispy leftover roti rolls are ready to eat. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
