Ingredients

1 TablespoonCoconut Oil
4-6Boneless Pork Chops
1 StickButter
1 PackageRanch Mix
1 CupWater or Chicken Broth

Steps

1

Place pork chops in Instant Pot with coconut oil. Turn on saute setting and brown on both sides.
2

Place butter on top and sprinkle ranch packet on top.
3

Pour water or chicken broth over pork.
4

Place lid on. Push manual button and set to 5 minutes.
5

Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
