Marinate chicken in salt, turmeric, rcp.

Fry onions till translucent/mildly brown. Grind to paste with curd, tomatoes, green chillies.

Fry chopped methi in same pan and set aside.

Heat mustard oil. Add ginger garlic paste. Add blended paste. Fry till oil separates.

Add masalas and fry more.

Add chicken and fry on high flame for 10mins. Add cream + garam masala. Fry.

Add methi. Stir. Add water. Cook on low flame for 30mins till chicken soft.
