Ingredients

2-4 servings
  • 排骨 Pork ribs (250g)
  • 花生 Peanuts (250g)
  • 蒜头 Garlic (2 cloves)
  • 酱清 Light soy sauce
  • 胡椒粉 Pepper powder

Steps

    用1杯水浸泡花生约6小时 Soak peanuts with 1 cup of water for ~6 hours

  2. 2

    汆烫排骨 Blanch pork ribs with hot water

  3. 3

    把排骨，花生，蒜头，1汤匙酱清，胡椒粉和一杯水加入压力锅，煮15分钟 Add pork ribs, peanuts, garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, pepper powder and 1 cup of water into pressure cooker. Cook for 15mins
