Wash your meat,ponmo add onions,salt,Maggi and allow to cook till soft then add your dried clean fish

Grind the tomatoes,pepper,onions to paste,in a pan heat the palm oil are onions,till little brown and add the tomatoes paste,seasoning,salt to taste,seasoning and your melon seeds,stir to fried and add 1/4 cup water. Allow to boil then add your beef,ponmo,dried fish.cook for another 10mins

Add ugu leaves,and leave it to steam for 5mins.off the stove and serve with your favourite swallow.
