Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgram flour
  2. 1 tspchilli powder
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. Salt to tast
  5. 1/2 tsptumeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/4 tspbaking powder and a pinch of baking soda
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sieve the gram flour then mix in all the remaining ingredients to form a smooth but hard dough.It should not be watery.Cover and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

    Oil the insides of this machine then put in your dough mixture.close the lid and rotate it in the pan with oil on medium.

  3. 3

    Fry until it changes colour.Then drain them in a colander.Serve them as you like and enjoy this crunchy snack.
