Biryani is a true love for all😀.. jab me shadi kar ke ae tu mje bhut kch meri sas ne sikhaya according to their style which is mind blowing.. But ek din biryani banae ka bola tu i said me apne style se banao coz unhone mom ke hat ki r khai ti jo ke un ko achi lagi ti she is happy.. Phr mene banai jis tarah meri ami banati tu bus kia ta unko mere hath ki bhut achi lagi🙂..
R ab tu meri sis b kheti hain bilkul mummy jesi banati ho.. ALHUMDULILAH

Heat oil.. add mutton along with g.g paste..

Fry for a min.. Then add tomatoes (roughly cut)

Cook till soft..

Now gather all spices and add into Mutton..

Bhounfy well till oil separate..

Now add 2 cup water and cook till Mutton tender on low flame for an hour..

Now add brown onion and cook for more 10min..

Gravy is ready.. set a side..

Soak rice for an hour..

In a pot(in which you boil rice) add potaoes cut in 4 cube..

Add water and salt according tu rice..

When potatoes half cook and water boil.. add rice..

Cook accordingly (1/3uncooked)

Drain and set a side..

ASSEMBLING: in a pot add gravy oil first and spread till grease all side well..

Now add rice(half) and potatoes..

Then add garvy and squeeze lemon juice on top of the gravy..

Lastly add chopped green chilli and Coriander..

Then cover with remaining rice and ghee on top of the rice..

Tip: my mom use to add ghee it's give rice a shinny look and perfect cooked.. i do widout ghee but wo maza nai ata so ab ghee must ha🙂

Now in a bowl add food coloir,kewra with a tbsp of water and pour on rice..

Cover the lid and cook for 5,6 on high flame first

Then pit on low flame for 15,20min..

Serve with kashumbar and Enjoyyy..
