  2. 4 ozfresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 tablespoonsshredded carrots
  5. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 1 teaspoonseasoning powder
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 teaspoonsugar
  9. 1 tablespoonbutter
  10. 1 teaspoonground pepper
  11. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  12. 2green onions, chopped

    Prepare the ingredients and seasonings.

    Heat a pan and add oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and stir-fry briefly until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
