My new innovative recipe.
Crispy maida chips flavoured with flaxseed.
As flaxseeds have many benefits for health.
Steps

In mixing bowl add maida, flaxseeds salt, oil, mix well. Add little water to make a semi-soft dough.

Make 2" diameter round puris from prepared dough. Cut into 4 triangular pieces as shown. Prick them with a fork. Let it dry for 10 mins.

Deep fry in hot oil on slow flame till crispy. Store in an airtight container.

Relish Asli Puris as tea-time snacks.
