Sabudhana Paratha

Soak sabudhana in water overnight.

After soaking, drain the excess water.

Now take sabudhana in a bowl and add the ingredients one by one.

Be careful in adding water, add very little by little and knead the dough.

Make a non-sticky dough and apply oil in it. Leave it for 30 mins.

Start heating the pan or tawa.

Take the dough make into a ball sized and start rolling out.
- 8
Toast it in the pan and brush oil on both sides.

Now the paratha is ready. Serve it with mint chutney or spicy chutney.
