Cut all the vegetables into medium size.

Clean the Tuvar dal. Add the Tuvar dal and all the vegetables in a pressure cooker

Cook it up-to 5 whistles

After the cooker releases the pressure. Give a tadka. Heat oil add mustard seed, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves

Add 1 cup of water. Add the masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt.

Let it boil until it gives a nice aroma from the sambhar.Now finally garnish with coriander leaves. Sambar is ready
