Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 4medium sized orange carrots
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar (as per taste)
  • 1 tbspdry fruits powder
  • 1 tspghee
  • Pinchcardamom powder
  • as requiredAlmond slices for garnish

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate the carrots.

  2. 2

    In a pan or kadhai heat ghee. Add the grated carrots. Saute for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add the desiccated coconut, milk powder, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook till the carrots mixture leaves the sides of the cooking utensil.

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down on room temperature.

  6. 6

    Once cool make small balls from the mixture. Roll them in the desiccated coconut.

  7. 7

    Garnish with almond slices and serve.
