Mix Daal wada
Special wadas for festivals.
Steps

Soak all Daal overnight or 6-7 hours after washing thoroughly 2-3 times with water. After soaking drain all water and let it dry very little. Grind it in grinder and mix all dry spices and chopped onion, green chilli and fresh coriander leaves.

Once the mixture is ready keep aside for 20 minutes. Keep a kadhai on medium heat and add oil. Once the oil is hot add wadas giving a shape on hand and hole in the middle so that wada gets cooked from inside.

Deep fry Wadas till cooked and turned golden brown. It's ready to eat with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
